Where can I view my subscription details?
You can view your subscription and account details on your My Account dashboard.
Will I receive this month’s FRANK Wine Club box?
Orders are shipped out of the 15th of the current month to all current Wine Club members.
What if I need to update my shipping address after purchase?
If you need to update your address for the current order please contact us at email@example.com If you just wish to change it before your next delivery, you can update your address in your own account under My Account > Subscriptions and click ‘View’ on your subscription. Updating the shipping address must be changed on or before the 1st of the month at 11:59 pm EST. Deliveries are shipped out on the 15th of each month.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
We suggest that you cancel your order at My Account > Subscriptions and get a onto our new site to get an upgraded Wine Club subscription. Just go here, select your desired subscription, and checkout!*
*You will need to create a new account upon checkout on the FRANK shop. This new account will be the one utilized for orders going forward for the Wine Club. After cancelation all legacy data about your Wine Club subscription will still be accessible here if you wish to look it up.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, as long as you cancel your subscription before the next billing date. The next billing date is both visible in your My Account > Subscriptions dashboard and can be seen in the reminder emails sent 3, 2, and 1 days before the renewal is due.
Can I get a refund?
At this time refunds are not possible, but if you are not satisfied with your subscription you can cancel the subscription anytime before the next billing date in your My Account > Subscriptions dashboard.
